Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. At CF Digital, LLC (“CF Digital”) we value the privacy or our users and customers. We have established standards to maintain and guard against unauthorized access to user information.  The following policy ("Privacy Policy") outlines how we collect, store and use personal information.  This Privacy Policy applies to all software programs and services made available by CF Digital including, but not limited to mobile games, downloadable/installable games for handheld devices, personal computing device or gaming consoles, and games and services accessed by means of a browser or other online communication method (the “Application”).  The Application also includes updates and upgrades that replace or supplement the Application in any respect.  In addition, the Application includes accompanying manual(s), packaging and other written materials, electronic or on-line materials and documentation and any and all copies of such software and its materials.

We take seriously our responsibility to our many young consumers. Our apps have been designed to be accessible, safe for kids of all ages, and to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Children under the age of 13 and their parents should review the section of this policy called "Note to Parents About Children's Privacy" which discusses the special steps we take for young children who use our software.

What type of information does CF Digital collect?
CF Digital does not require you to share personal information to enjoy our Applications.  Unless you connect the Application to Facebook, CF Digital only collects non-personally identifiable information.  “Non-personally identifiable information” is information that does not directly identify you.  It can include aggregate and de-personalized information, which is data CF Digital collects about the use of its Applications, from which all personally identifiable data has been removed.

If you choose to connect the Application to Facebook, CF Digital collects your Facebook userid and userimage.  This information is personally identifiable information and is used to display your score in the World Stats available in the Application.

Use of information-gathering modules

The Application contains a third-party application named “Flurry Analytics.”  Flurry Analytics specifically collects, processes and/or uses the following data:  time of session, length of session, country the session originates from, version of the App, model and submodel of the device, a non-personally identifiable form of user id, gender and birth year (if entered in OAuth account).  You may learn more about the choices offered in connection with Flurry’s use of User Data by reading Flurry’s Privacy Policy or visiting its Privacy Dashboard.

Unless otherwise stated, we collect, process and use the above-defined Flurry data to find out how users interact with the Application (e.g. which button is clicked most frequently? Which games are played? How often is the App activated?) and how the App works on various devices (e.g. How often does the App crash and which function causes this? Etc).

Who is collecting the information?
CF Digital collects the personal information you share if you connect the Application to Facebook.  The information will only be used to display your score(s) in the World Stats available in the Application.  We use the non-personally identifiable information collected to help us improve the products and services we provide.

With whom does CF Digital share my personal information?
CF Digital will only share your personally identifiable information with entities that use it solely to provide support for the internal operations of the CF Digital Application (i.e., technical support). These entities will not use your personally identifiable information for any other purpose, and have agreed to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the personal information they obtain from us.

We may disclose your personally identifiable information in the good faith belief that we are required to do so by law, including but not limited to disclosure to law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or us to legal liability.

CF Digital does not sell, rent or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information collected from our website to third parties other than stated above. However, in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, CF Digital's customer information may be transferred to CF Digital's successor or assign, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law.

Our commitment to data security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Review, update and removal of personal information
If you have connected the Application to Facebook, you may at any time review, update and/or delete the information we have for you in our database. This can be accomplished by visiting Settings in the Application.

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on this page. If we make a significant or material changes in the way we use your personal information, the change will be posted on this page thirty (30) days prior to taking effect.
